Common Questions
- How does the weekly futures backtest work?
- Free and Analyst accounts can run one Fast-model futures backtest each week on NQ, ES, GC, or SI. It resets every Saturday and does not require a payment method or data key.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Manage your subscription through the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- What is included in each Agenticks plan?
- See the full plan comparison at agenticks.ca/pricing. Plans range from a free tier to Analyst and Assistant with full access to all tools including AlgoAgent, Terminal, the AlgoAgent futures execution handoff, and the indicator library.
- How do I access Agenticks indicators in TradingView?
- Once your Agenticks subscription is active, visit the Indicator Library page for access instructions. Indicators are added to your TradingView account through the access process described there.
- I uploaded a PDF for AI Backtesting but got an error. What should I do?
- The PDF upload requires a text-searchable PDF. Scanned image PDFs without embedded text will not parse correctly. Try a text-layer PDF or paste the strategy text directly into the text input.
