In the ICT style of analysis, liquidity refers to areas where many stop orders or pending orders are likely clustered, such as just beyond a recent high or low. The idea is that price is sometimes drawn toward these pools because that is where orders can be filled. This is a narrower, structural use of the word liquidity than the general meaning of how easily an asset trades.
